Sadly, we can share that Jenny Alldridge passed earlier in the month following an illness.
Jenny was a long-standing instructor within the Academy, teaching the class in Pontesbury for many years, a member of the Academy Committee, and a familiar face helping out at Tai Chi workshops.
Jenny’s family have shared details of her funeral, and all are welcome.
A funeral service will be held at Lordshill Chapel on 29th May at 1130. There will be a walking funeral procession from Snailbeach Village Hall at around 1045, culminating at the Chapel. Anyone who wishes to take part in the procession is more than welcome.
Parking will be available at Lordshill Chapel, and the Village Hall.
There will be a wake following the service. Please contact your instructor or if you would like to attend, so that we can give Jenny’s family an idea of numbers for catering.
Jenny requested ‘anything but black’ to be worn. No flowers please, any donations would be gratefully received in support of Severn Hospice.
